About Lotics

We build the AI apps that run a company's operation, one app per job.

AI does each job's manual work — reading what comes in, drafting what goes out, keeping the numbers consistent — and the team reviews before anything is sent. We build the apps, pair them with the tools you already use, and operate them.

What we build

Every job in an operation is its own app — a sales desk, a docs cockpit, a quotation app. Each one is some mix of three things: tracking records, producing paperwork, keeping the numbers consistent. We build the app to that job's mix.

Inside each app, custom AI does the manual work — reads what arrives, enters the data, drafts the outgoing documents, checks that the numbers match — and the team reviews before anything goes out. We build it per business, pair it with the tools they already use rather than replace them, and operate it. We start with supply chain and logistics, where the document work is heaviest.

Why Vietnam

Most businesses here run on spreadsheets, paper, and group chats. That isn't a deficiency to patch with enterprise software — it's a clear place to start. The process already lives in people's heads and habits; it just isn't written down anywhere a system can act on.

We build here because we work the way these businesses work. Same language, same documents, same back-and-forth with customs, carriers, and suppliers. Software built somewhere else rarely fits that, and rarely speaks the language of the people using it.

Where it's going

A coordinator stops re-typing what's already on the document in front of them. A sales lead spends the afternoon with customers instead of reconciling a sheet. An owner opens one screen and sees where every order, container, or invoice actually stands.

The repetitive part of the work moves to AI. The judgment, the relationships, and the decisions stay with the people. That's the line we build to, and it's the same line whether the company has five people or five hundred.

Principles

What we hold to

  1. Simple to use

The person doing the job shouldn't have to think about the software. We hide the complexity in the setup so the daily screen stays plain.

  2. Built for real work

Real data is messy, requirements change, and the edge cases are the job. We design for that, not for a clean demo.

  3. Close to the work

We sit with the team, learn the documents, and build the app around their actual steps — in their language, with their terms.

  4. It keeps improving

Go-live is the start, not the finish. We tune the workflows and extend the app as the business changes.
