Lotics relies on a small number of trusted third-party providers ("subprocessors") to operate its service. Each processes customer data only as needed to deliver the product, over encrypted connections and under appropriate technical and contractual safeguards.
Render — Singapore Cloud hosting, managed PostgreSQL database, and managed cache. Processes all customer data stored in the service.
Cloudflare — Asia-Pacific (object storage); global edge network File and object storage (a private bucket), content delivery, and DNS. Processes uploaded files and network traffic metadata.
Resend — United States Transactional email (sign-in, password reset, notifications). Processes recipient email addresses and message content.
PostHog — United States Product analytics, error tracking, and application logging. Processes usage and error metadata, which may include personal data.
AssemblyAI — United States Transcription of voice notes. Processes audio and transcript text in transit.
Anthropic — United States AI features (the chat assistant and document extraction). Processes the content you submit to those features in transit.
When you connect your own account to a service such as Gmail, Outlook, MISA, FedEx, or Lark, data flows to that service at your direction. Those providers are not Lotics subprocessors — you are the controller of that data, and their handling of it is governed by your agreement with them.
Lotics runs its application and database on Render in Singapore. Files are stored in Cloudflare object storage in the Asia-Pacific region. The other subprocessors listed above operate from the locations shown against each.
We provide advance notice before engaging a new subprocessor that will process your data. To be notified of changes, contact us at support@lotics.ai.
