Warehousing & 3PL fulfillment

We build the system your fulfillment center runs on

AI drafts the pick list and packing slip from the marketplace orders you receive, and checks every quantity against your live stock. One app for your fulfillment floor, live in days.

AI enters the order data

Reads the marketplace order export, the client's inbound list and the arrival photos, then fills the order record and updates stock per SKU.

AI watches the stock behind each order

Compares each order line with the stock on hand for that SKU. A SKU under its safety level surfaces before picking starts.

AI drafts the slips that leave the dock

Drafts the pick list, packing slip and handoff manifest on your own templates. Your team reviews before the batch leaves the dock.

From inbound to fee statement on Lotics

Each stage captures the order and the stock, AI drafts the slips and reconciles the numbers, and the next step starts itself.

  1. 01

    Inbound & receiving

AI reads the client's inbound list and creates the goods receipt note with the client, SKU, quantity received, bin location, and goods condition. It checks quantity and SKU against what actually arrived, so any gap between the list and the delivery is flagged and stock updates per SKU.

  2. 02

    Order intake & allocation

From the marketplace orders on each sales channel, AI opens an order record with the order code, items, quantity, and delivery zone, then checks stock for every item. Orders short on stock are flagged, while in-stock orders are allocated by zone and picker on their own.

  3. 03

    Picking

AI drafts the pick list grouped by zone and ordered by bin location so the picker walks it in one pass, recording who picked and the quantity actually pulled. The order moves to Picking, and any short pick is raised the moment it happens.

  4. 04

    Packing

The packing slip is drafted from the order lines, carrying the packed items, weight, parcel size, and packing materials. AI checks the packed items against the order, so anything that doesn't match is flagged before the label goes on.

  5. 05

    Carrier handoff

Grouping the packed orders by carrier, AI drafts the handoff manifest and records the tracking number, shipping fee, and pickup cut-off. Your team approves it before the batch leaves the dock, then the order moves to Handoff and the client is notified their batch has shipped.

  6. 06

    COD reconciliation & returns

When the carrier's COD statement arrives, AI matches the cash collected against delivered orders and logs returns with their reasons. Reconciled COD is scheduled for payout to the client, and returns that pass inspection go back to stock on their own.

  7. 07

    Fee statement & close

At period close, AI compiles each client's service fee statement from their storage days and orders handled, each line priced to that client's own fee schedule. The statement is pushed to accounting for invoicing without anyone reassembling it by hand.

An app built for each desk

Receiving, pick-pack, clients, and managers each get their own app, all reading and writing one set of orders and stock.

Inbound desk

Receiving works a queue of new arrivals to receive and put away, each one checked against the client's inbound list.

Pick-pack board

Warehouse staff see today's orders by pick, pack, and handoff stage, each person working their own queue.

Client portal

Clients watch their own stock, live orders, and service fees through a portal, with no account and no sight of another client's goods.

Warehouse dashboard

Managers see orders handled, low stock, and fees per client as the day runs.

The repetitive steps handle themselves

Status moves itself, deadlines raise a hand, and money only moves once it's approved.

Order status keeps up on its own

As picking, packing, and handoff finish, the order moves to the next stage on its own.

Dispatch cut-offs never slip

An order nearing its dispatch cut-off without being picked alerts the owner.

Low stock surfaces before it runs out

A SKU below its safety stock is flagged so the client can restock in time.

COD payout needs sign-off

Reconciled COD waits on a manager's approval before it's paid out to the client.

Cleared returns go back to stock on their own

A return that passes inspection is restocked and the client's stock count updates.

Frequently asked questions

Usually 1-2 weeks. Week 1: build the data tables, map bin locations, set up slip templates, and import current stock. Week 2: train staff and run real orders. Setup is included in the plan.

Time with the team during the audit, your SKU catalog, warehouse layout, the slip templates and fee schedule you use today, and someone to review as we build. We handle the rest.

Your team uses it daily, and Lotics stays on to adjust it as your process changes. No separate technical hire needed.

No. The inbound desk, pick-pack board, client portal, and warehouse dashboard all read and write the same orders and stock — one source of truth, many purpose-built apps onto it. The scattered spreadsheets and chat threads you have now are exactly what that removes, not adds to.

Each client has its own stock, orders, and fees. A client sees only their own data through their own portal, never another client's goods.

AI reads orders from your seller portal through the browser extension, or from an order export. Orders land in one queue instead of you opening each channel.

Every inbound, outbound, and return is recorded per SKU. Cycle counts reconcile system stock against the physical count and flag the variance.

The system adds up storage days and orders handled against your fee schedule to produce a per-client statement. VAT invoices are issued through your accounting software.

Returns run on a separate flow: inspect condition, restock, or route to damage handling, without touching orders being dispatched.

AI reads the carrier's COD statement and matches it to delivered orders, flagging orders short on cash or not yet collected.
