These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lotics, a multi-tenant workspace, CRM, and automation platform operated by Công Ty TNHH Công Nghệ Lotics ("Lotics", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Lotics, you agree to these Terms. If you use Lotics on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and represent that you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Where your organization has signed a separate written agreement with us (including an order form or Data Processing Agreement), that agreement governs and prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Lotics. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the data, files, and other content you and your organization submit to Lotics ("Customer Content"). For Customer Content, your organization is the controller and Lotics acts as a data processor on your instructions. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content to operate and support the service. You represent that you have the rights required to submit your Customer Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
You may not upload Protected Health Information (PHI). Lotics is not configured for PHI and our agreement prohibits it.

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate text, extract data, or assist your work. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. Content you submit to AI features is processed by our AI subprocessor to produce a response — see our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page.
When you connect a third-party account (such as Gmail, Outlook, MISA, FedEx, or Lark), you authorize Lotics to access that service on your behalf. Those providers are not our subprocessors; your use of them is governed by your agreement with them. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites linked from the product.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our security practices in our Security overview. By using Lotics you acknowledge them.
Lotics — including its software, design, and trademarks — is owned by us and our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they transfer no ownership in the platform to you. We claim no ownership of your Customer Content.
We may offer free and paid plans. Fees, billing terms, and plan limits for paid plans are set out in the applicable order or plan description and form part of these Terms.
We may update, improve, or modify the service, and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a specific service level is agreed in a separate written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe harms other users or the service. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, the rights granted to you end; provisions that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law — survive.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lotics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the date above; material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
