Dangerous goods

Manage dangerous goods shipments with AI

AI drafts the DG declaration and packing certificate from the MSDS, checking class, packing group and segregation against your IMDG table. One app built for your DG compliance desk, live in days.

AI enters the DG shipment data

Reads the MSDS, the packing list and the label photos, and fills the UN number, class and packing group onto the shipment.

AI checks the class and packing group match

Cross-checks class and packing group against your UN catalog and segregation on your IMDG table. A mismatch surfaces before the DG cut-off.

AI drafts the DG paperwork

Drafts the DG declaration, the packing certificate and the delivery order on your own templates. Your team reviews before anything is sent.

One shipment from safety sheet to delivery

Every stage captures the shipment, AI drafts the safety paperwork and runs the checks, and the step after it begins by itself.

  1. 01

    Classification

AI reads the safety data sheet and fills the UN number, proper shipping name, DG class, and packing group, flagging anything that's a marine pollutant. Once it's classified, a DG shipment record opens with the document checklist its class requires.

  2. 02

    Compliance & segregation check

Packaging, marks and labels, placards, and each item's segregation group land on the record. AI checks the DG declaration against the safety data sheet and tests every pair sharing a container against your IMDG segregation table, so two incompatible classes are flagged before packing.

  3. 03

    Carrier DG approval

Once the DG officer signs off, the browser extension keys the DG booking request into the carrier's booking portal for a clerk to submit. When the DG booking approval returns, AI reads the carrier, vessel and voyage, DG cut-off, special stowage, and approval reference onto the shipment.

  4. 04

    Packing & certificate

The container or ULD number, seal, applied placards, net and gross weight, and the packer are recorded as the load goes together. AI drafts the container packing certificate from the packed items and the segregation result, and the stage turns to Packed with the certificate attached.

  5. 05

    Customs clearance

From the shipment record, AI prepares the customs declaration — the HS lines, tax, and declaration number — and reconciles it against the DG declaration. Any figure that disagrees between the two is flagged before the declaration is filed, and the clearance result follows onto the record.

  6. 06

    Transport & delivery

AI confirms the transport permit and the driver's safety training are valid for the class, then drafts the delivery order with the route and consignee filled in. The POD closes the shipment, and any incident logged on it notifies the safety lead and opens a report.

Every team in its own app

The sales team, the DG compliance desk, the warehouse, and managers each get a purpose-built app, and every app reads and writes the same shipments.

Sales desk

Sales sees incoming DG requests lined up to classify; picking one opens its shipment.

Compliance cockpit

The DG compliance desk works one shipment with its safety sheet, DG declaration, and the check-and-approve controls in a single view.

Packing board

The warehouse watches shipments by stage, with DG cut-offs and segregation conflicts standing out in red.

Compliance dashboard

Managers see DG volume by class, carrier rejection counts, and every open incident.

Recurring work handles itself

The stage advances by itself, the DG cut-off shows up in time, and a segregation conflict or an expiring document surfaces before the shipment moves.

The stage updates on its own

As the sheet is checked, the carrier approves, and the load is packed, the shipment stage advances by itself.

A reminder before the DG cut-off

The DG officer is alerted two days before the DG cut-off when the file is still incomplete.

Segregation conflicts surface

Two incompatible classes booked to one container are flagged before packing.

Expiring documents surface early

When a safety sheet or a transport permit is about to expire, it comes up before the shipment moves.

Frequently asked questions

Typically 1-2 weeks. Week 1: build the data tables, UN catalog, DG declaration templates, and import existing data. Week 2: train staff and run real shipments. Setup is included in the plan.

Time with the team during the audit, the DGD templates and MSDS you work with today, and someone to review as we build. We handle the rest.

Your team uses it day to day. We stay on to adjust it when your process changes, when you add a new class, or when a document format changes. That's part of the plan.

No. The sales desk, compliance cockpit, and packing board all read and write the same shipment data — one source of truth, many purpose-built apps onto it. The scattered files and Zalo threads you have now are exactly what that removes, not adds to.

AI cross-checks the shipment's documents against what each DG class requires. A missing MSDS, a wrong DGD, or a missing packing certificate is flagged before you send.

Upload the MSDS and AI extracts the UN number, DG class, and packing group onto the shipment. No page-by-page reading.

AI checks segregation against your IMDG table when several DG items go in one container. Two incompatible classes are flagged before packing.

We update the UN catalog and segregation table in your system when a new version lands. That's part of the plan.

AI cross-checks the DGD against the MSDS and your UN catalog before you send. A DG class or packing group mismatch is flagged to fix first.

Yes. A DG documentation error means penalties and held cargo regardless of volume. The system checks the file right from the first shipment.

Create an incident linked to the shipment with photos and a description. The system drafts the incident report in the format regulators require.

Yes. The system prepares the permit application from the shipment data and reminds you when a permit or a driver's training certificate is about to expire.
