Manage your production floor with AI

AI reads the sales order and BOM, drafts the material issue slip and delivery note, and checks each material line against your stock. One app for your production floor, live in days.

AI enters the work order data

Reads the sales order, the BOM and your stock export and fills in the work order record. No one keys it in.

AI watches the material on hand

Tracks every material line against what your BOM calls for. A line short on hand surfaces before materials are issued.

AI drafts the production paperwork

Drafts the material issue slip, purchase requisition and delivery note on your own templates. Your team reviews before anything is issued.

From work order to delivery on one system

Every stage captures the order, AI drafts the slips and runs the checks, and the next step starts on its own.

  1. 01

    Order & planning

AI reads the sales order and BOM, opens the work order with the customer, product, quantity, and due date filled in, and lists the materials it will need. Confirm the order and the due date lands on the production schedule on its own.

  2. 02

    Material issue

Checking the BOM against recorded stock, AI drafts the material issue slip with its material lines, lot numbers, and issuing store, and flags any line short on hand. A shortage raises a purchase requisition for buyers on its own.

  3. 03

    Production & output

Each shift logs its machine, operator, output, and reject count onto the production log, and AI reads it to keep the order's completed and remaining quantity current. Once output reaches the order quantity, the order moves to quality check.

  4. 04

    Quality check

From the inspection notes — the sample size and the defects by type — AI drafts the quality inspection sheet and checks the defects against your quality standard. A failing lot holds the finished-goods receipt and opens a rework order; a passing one is received only after the QC lead signs off the sheet.

  5. 05

    Finished goods

Once a lot passes, AI drafts the finished-goods receipt and the packing list, filling the received quantity, lot code, and labels from your packing spec. Received into stock, the lot is ready to allocate to the order.

  6. 06

    Delivery & reconciliation

AI drafts the delivery note with the quantity delivered and the receiver, and once the cost and revenue lines are in, the order cost sheet on top of them. A completed delivery posts the charges to accounting and the order's margin updates the moment it does.

Every role gets its own app

Planning, stores, production, QC, and managers each get their own app, all writing to the same work orders.

Planning desk

Planning sees the orders waiting to be planned; approving one opens the work order on its own.

Floor board

Production watches every order by stage, with due dates and late orders surfacing in red.

QC desk

QC works one inspection lot with its results, pass or fail, and the draft-sheet button in a single view.

Manager dashboard

Managers see daily output, order progress, and the cost of every work order as charges land.

Every order moves on its own

Stages advance by themselves, shortages and delays surface early, and costs are signed off before anything ships.

Status follows the floor

As material issue, output, and QC land, the order's stage moves on its own.

Material shortages surface first

A work order needing more than the recorded stock is flagged before materials are issued.

Late orders raise a flag early

An order behind its daily plan surfaces two to three days before the due date.

Off-spec lots are held

A lot that fails QC holds the finished-goods receipt and notifies the QC lead.

Cost overruns hold for approval

A work order whose recorded cost runs over the quote is held until a manager approves.

Frequently asked questions

Typically 1-2 weeks. Week 1: build the data tables and slip templates and import your norms and existing data. Week 2: train the floor and run real work orders. Setup is included in the plan.

Time with the team during the audit, the slip templates and norms you work with today, and someone to review as we build. We handle the rest.

Your team uses it day to day, with no extra technical hire. When the production process changes, tell the Lotics team and we adjust the tables, slips, and automations to the new way as part of the ongoing plan.

No. The planning desk, floor board, and QC desk all read and write the same work orders — one source of truth, many purpose-built apps onto it. The scattered files and chat threads you have now are exactly what that removes, not adds to.

Supervisors and workers report output from their phones. Managers see a real-time dashboard showing which work order is at which stage.

When you open a work order, the system checks the BOM against recorded stock. If a line is short, it flags it and raises a purchase requisition for buyers.

QC results are linked to material lots, machines, and shifts. AI reads the inspection history and points to where defects recur, so you can find the root cause.

Lotics totals material, labor, and machine cost per work order. You see the cost the moment charges land, instead of compiling it by hand.

AI compares actual progress against the plan daily. Orders at risk of missing their due date surface two to three days ahead.

No. It doesn't replace the ERP's accounting or material planning. Lotics is the operations layer tracking work orders, paperwork, and progress, then connects to the ERP for accounting and inventory.

Email, accounting software, and ERPs like SAP or Odoo. Anything that belongs to ERP accounting or inventory, Lotics connects to rather than replaces. Need another tool connected? We build that integration.

Yes. Lotics supports spreadsheet import. Our team handles converting and importing your work orders, norms, and stock while we build the system.

Excel doesn't update in real time and versions drift. Chat messages scroll away. Lotics keeps data in one place, updates on its own, and logs the history per work order.

Yes. Role-based permissions control who can view, edit, or approve specific records. Each person sees only what is relevant to their role.

Yes. Every change is logged with who made it, what changed, and when. Full history on any record for audits, disputes, or internal review.

Cloud servers in Singapore, encrypted in transit and at rest. Daily automatic backups. You own your data and can export everything at any time.

Yes. iOS and Android. Check status, receive notifications, and approve requests on the go. Real-time sync with web.
