Air freight forwarding

Manage air freight forwarding with AI

AI drafts the House AWB, pre-alert and debit note from the booking and weight ticket, checking chargeable weight against what you booked. One app for your air documentation desk, live in days.

AI enters the air shipment data

Reads the booking confirmation, invoice and weight ticket that arrive and fills in the air shipment record. No one keys it in.

AI checks the weight against the booking

Sets the chargeable weight on the terminal's weight ticket against what you booked, and counts down both cut-offs. A gap surfaces before billing.

AI drafts the AWB set that goes out

Drafts the House AWB, pre-alert and debit note on your own templates. Your team reviews before anything is sent.

Every air shipment on one record

From the first rate request to the debit note, every stage writes to the same record while AI drafts the paperwork and watches the cut-offs.

  1. 01

    Quote & rate

AI reads the enquiry, works the chargeable weight from the pieces and dimensions, pulls the airline rate and current FSC, and drafts the quotation with the customer, commodity, lane, and service level already filled in. Win it and an air shipment opens on its own, with the customer linked.

  2. 02

    Booking

From the shipment, AI drafts the booking-request email, then reads the carrier's booking confirmation and fills the flight number, reserved MAWB, ETD, and both the cargo and document cut-off times. The shipment moves to Booked and both cut-offs land on the calendar.

  3. 03

    Warehouse & weigh-in

A photo of the weight ticket goes in and AI reads the actual gross weight and re-measured dimensions, sets them against the booking, and flags the chargeable-weight gap along with the screening result and any special handling. A gap over your threshold opens an adjustment for the owner to confirm.

  4. 04

    Customs & AWB

For clearance, AI fills the export declaration from the shipment — the HS lines, declaration number, and the MAWB and HAWB numbers — and drafts the House AWB. The browser extension enters the declaration into VNACCS for the broker to submit, and a red-channel result alerts OPS.

  5. 05

    Departure & pre-alert

Once the ULD is built up, AI assembles the pre-alert pack and reads the airline's departure notice to set the on-board date and the AMS or ENS reference. Your team signs off, and on departure the pre-alert goes out to the destination agent with the AWB and invoice attached.

  6. 06

    Arrival & debit note

AI reads the arrival notice and drafts the delivery order, then reads the CASS statement, matches the cost lines and CASS items to the shipment, and once the revenue is in, drafts the debit note against them. The debit note posts to accounting and the shipment margin updates the moment it does.

An app for every desk from the office to the terminal

Pricing, documentation, operations, and the terminal crew each get an app, all reading and writing the same air shipments.

Pricing desk

Pricing sees rate requests in a queue, each with the chargeable weight and current airline rate already worked out, so a quote goes back the same hour.

Air docs cockpit

The docs team works one shipment with its AWB, pre-alert, and debit note in a single view, each drafted and approved before it goes out.

Operations board

Operations watches every live shipment by stage, with the cargo and document cut-offs closing today surfacing first.

Terminal runsheet

The terminal crew sees each runner's pickups and clearances at TCS, SCSC, and NCTS laid out by cut-off time.

The routine keeps itself moving

The stage advances on its own, cut-offs raise a flag early, and money is approved before it leaves.

Status moves with the cargo

Booking, weigh-in, clearance, and departure each land the shipment on its next stage without anyone updating it.

Cut-offs never sneak up

Hours before a cargo or document cut-off with the paperwork still open, the desk gets a reminder.

Weight gaps wait for a decision

When the terminal re-weighs over the booked figure, the adjustment holds for the owner to bill or absorb.

Off-rate quotes need sign-off

A quote below your airline rate after the week's FSC waits on a manager before it is confirmed.

The CASS deadline stays covered

Before each twice-monthly settlement, MAWBs not yet matched to a statement are pulled for accounting.

Frequently asked questions

Usually 1-2 weeks. In the first week we build the tables, your AWB and debit-note templates, and import your rate sheets. In the second we train the docs and OPS teams on live bookings. Setup is part of the subscription.

Your current rate sheets, a few sample AWBs and debit notes, and time with the pricing and docs staff during the build. One person to review as we go. We handle the setup.

Your own team, from day one. We build and configure it, then stay on to adjust rate logic, templates, and automations as your lanes and airlines change.

We adjust it. A new carrier, a new lane, or a new special-cargo rule, just tell us and we update the rate sheet, templates, or workflow. That's part of the subscription, not a change order.

No. The pricing desk, air docs cockpit, and operations board all read and write the same air shipment data — one source of truth, many purpose-built apps onto it. The scattered files and Zalo threads you have now are exactly what that removes, not adds to.

Yes. Send the weight ticket photo and AI reads the actual weight, compares it to the booked chargeable weight, and flags the gap so you decide to bill or absorb before the debit note goes out.

Load your airline rate sheets as knowledge docs. When you quote a lane, AI works the chargeable weight and pulls the current rate and FSC, so the price reflects this week, not last.

Yes. AI drafts the booking-request email from the shipment for you to send, and the browser extension fills the carrier portal in your own logged-in session. No paid integration needed.

Yes. Most forwarders run air, sea, and customs together. The same shipment tables, rate sheets, and P&L hold every mode, so one client's air and ocean jobs sit side by side.

Yes. AI reads the twice-monthly CASS statement, matches each MAWB line to its shipment, and surfaces anything that does not line up before the settlement date.

Your special-cargo SOP loads in as a knowledge doc. AI checks the shipment against it for DGR, perishables, or live animals, then drafts the declarations and labels the shipment needs.

Yes, through your e-invoice provider and accounting software. Shipment charges and the debit note sync across, so nothing is typed twice.

Yes. Role-based permissions control who can view, edit, or approve specific records. Each person sees only what is relevant to their role.

Yes. Every change is logged with who made it, what changed, and when. Full history on any record for audits, disputes, or internal review.

Cloud servers in Singapore, encrypted in transit and at rest. Daily automatic backups. You own your data and can export everything at any time.

Yes. iOS and Android. Check status, receive notifications, and approve requests on the go. Real-time sync with web.
