    Order intake & pickup

    AI reads the seller's order list and opens a parcel for each line with the recipient, delivery address, COD amount, weight, and service type, checking the address and COD as it goes. Each order generates its waybill and schedules the pickup on its own.

  2. 02

    Hub intake & sorting

    As parcels arrive, each scanned waybill lands on the hub intake sheet with its actual weight and receiving hub, and AI matches every scan to its order and flags any weight or COD that doesn't line up. A scanned parcel moves to In hub and sorts to its delivery zone on its own.

    Route assignment & handoff

    The day's parcels are grouped by area, and AI lays out each shipper's route and stop order on the delivery manifest, recording the assigned shipper or partner carrier against every parcel. Anything outside your zones is handed off to a partner carrier with its own handover list.

    Delivery & POD

    The shipper uploads the proof of delivery photo and signature, and AI reads it to file the delivery time, result, and any failure reason. A delivered parcel moves to Delivered, while a failed one schedules a re-attempt on its own.

    COD collection & reconciliation

    At turn-in, AI matches the partner carrier's COD statement and the shipper's cash against each parcel on the COD reconciliation statement, recording the COD collected, payment method, and the delivery and COD fees checked against your rate card and COD terms. A line that matches drafts the seller payout, and a gap is flagged for finance to clear.

    Returns & payout

    Once COD is reconciled, AI drafts the return handover note and the seller payout statement with the return reason, date back to seller, payout amount, and running balance. A returned parcel moves to Returned, and once your team approves the payout it goes to the seller and posts to accounting.
